Tracking Your Order

You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into shinyfeel.com "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

Note for taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

    We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the process super easy for you.We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?

    • Your satisfaction is of utmost importance for us. Upon the arrival of your order, we suggest you open and check your package. Please try them on as soon as possible without washing them and removing the tags.
    • Returns are super simple with gertens.store. email to support@gertens.store to process a return/exchange.


    Are there any charges for return:

    • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

      If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

      No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


    Important:

    • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original condition.
    • Please send us your return request within 7 days upon receiving the parcel.
    • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping service.
    • Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
    •  Your refund credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 working days once your return is received and inspected.
